Bentonville sheriff murders family dog! May 6, 2012 7:40PM Sheriff’s deputy comes into driveway and parks half way in the middle of driveway. Get’s out of his car walks towards a roomers door and Riley the owners dog goes after the deputy for some unknown reason. The deputy falls to the ground under his own feet walking back to his until then pulls his gun and shoots Riley. The deputy states that an unknown 9-11 call came from this area and he was knocking on everyone’s door to try to see who made the call. Yea, if you believe that one then I also have the Golden Gate bridge up for sale cheap. Trouble with this is, was there really a 9-11 call made and as they say the caller hung up before they could get all the information and they pin pointed this area as the distress call. Now there are only a dozen homes or more around me and one on each side of me and many across the street and this deputy made no contact with no one what so ever but my residence and it is clearly posted beware of dog and no trespassing. Of course the officer did park behind the tree with the beware of dog sign and No trespassing sign, but proceeded to exit his car and walk past the well observed signs then when the dog started to bark he ran backwards and fell on his butt and shot the chained up dog. Ok, all I will say is this sheriff’s department has some type of agenda going on ever since 2010 during Christmas. Now I have had many visits all of course false causes as well as county officials on false causes as well as bail bonds people also on false agendas and now it’s getting more frequent and probably that was the intention to rid the dog of keeping crime minded people off this property. I will ask that the sheriff of Bentonville see if any of his officers were dispatched to this area because of a 9-11 call. If so then I will let things go as they are. If not then I expect you to look into this as to the reason why again you had someone out here. Upon calling dispatch at 8:30pm they state that someone will give me a call. They are not allowed to state if anyone dispatched a deputy out here or not. The person asked for my phone number even. What is this no caller ID? What is so secret about id dispatch sent someone out here or didn’t send someone out here to kill a dog. Well the dog pound truck has arrived to remove the dead body of Riley who was old as hell and we had since he was born over eleven years ago. Well, as I said these Barney fif’s of the Bentonville sheriff’s dept has did it again and they wonder why so many people lost respect for them. They were looking at the spot where the killer fell on the ground. For what who knows. Now the patrol killer and two body pick uppers are departing. I am waiting for a call now from the sheriff’s department. But, they are probably making out a new page in the log book to show they had sent someone. Who knows? Will wait for the call and relay it here. Finally received the call at 8:50pm and will let the message speak for itself. Since a recording will be in the music area. MAY 7, 2012 Follow up as reported to me by the dog’s keeper. Ricky had just let the dog Riley into his room and they were both sleeping. It was starting to cool down so the dog Riley was asleep on his bed as well as Ricky in a chair with the television on. The police officer never went to the house back door or even the front door, but to Rickys room where the dog Riley was also sleeping. Riley was still on his chain but inside his own room when the officer came up to the door and lifted up the flag that was draped over the door way when ever the door is left ope to allow the cool flow of air to go though the room. I heard or was told that the officer didn’t knock but tried to get Rickys attention to come to the door. Instead Riley was awaken and seen someone had entered his room and went on alert as he was always protective of his place to sleep. Yes, even our dogs have their own beds in which to sleep. If anyone would have opened my door without having any business there I would have attacked as well. The officer had no business being on the property, the property was and still is well shown NO TRESPASSING BEWARE OF DOG signs. After all the officer as I said did park behind the signs and really sneaked upon someone’s bedroom and didn’t make any attempt to call or go to the main house where no dog could have attacked him. Videos were quickly taken and are also shown here. The officer was bit on the wrist of his hand and probably on the leg but nothing shown as any teeth marks on the leg. The risk was the left arm unlawful entrance of the officer while backing out of the bedroom once he noticed that Riley the dog was awoken out of a nap. What a way to die by being shot by a cop that had no legal business what so ever at this address. Rumors are starting to flow along with calls that now the bad cops have easier access to me. Ah, as I said I will attack just as easy and with a little more thought if anyone enters my room without a good reason. Of course you will not see any information except here and maybe in the future depending on how much longer these clowns from Bentonville Sheriff’s department wants to continue their harassment here. Look around as the recorded phone conversation from the sheriff’s department states his reason as to an unknown dead cell phone made a call from this area. Meanwhile here is a few quickie photos taken of the trespassing again as the last officer that resigned back in 2011 and re-learning his skills to force people to do as he states. Soon it will be legal to shoot any citizen or animal even if both are felonies for us to use deadly force. Just because they make up reasons to harass me, never think for a minute that they can not think up lie’s to murder you or your pets and entering an open door makes it easier for them to see who they wish to shoot first.
