It's not silly.
It's not some quirky little nonsensical thing that government does
to save us from ourselves.
It's the authoritarian Nanny State out of control.
What will the government do if people sell cookies, and cakes, and
brownies to raise money for sports equipment and uniforms for the
middle school football team?
Will they come swooping in with their armored personnel carrier's
and M4 rifles drawn to bust these evil doers?
